May this text bring blessings and not curses.
As when the knowledge was presented to me,
I was burdened with an abundance
of both
I have been struck with visions, and I can no longer run from them.
The creation of a world, and its destruction, and its creation again. An ekpyrotic cycle of death and rebirth.
The first time, ended by God. The second time, ended by Angel and Man.
And to my shock and horror, I see that we are in the third world. I hope that by sharing what I see, we can avoid another cosmic annihilation.
What I say next will feel like madness, but I can only offer that my heart holds I am of sound mind: the universe isn't just on a cycle - we are as well. Another me, another you. Doppelgangers of us all, living lives we never knew. Lives that ended the world.
When I look upon the people of SlamTown outside of my windows, I do not see copies. I do not see demons. I do not see doomsday on the faces of my neighbors.
But when I look within I fear
what another me might be guilty of
I fear the person I may become.
[and i fear most the absence of the one I do not see]
The first world was lost in a flood, and the three reborn failed in the second. The eye, the voice, the hunger.
A new three stood up and did their best. The man who came from the past, the link to the future and the man who would outgrow time. But their dreams outran their vision, the good intentions of men ended the 2nd world and now we are the dream that is the 3rd.
"The Gift" from the 1st and 2nd world they used to make their corrupted wish remains unseen. Did we abuse it? My visions tell me it was made from the Gods, and a pitiless God turned a blind eye. Does no one listen to our prayers?
Then the experience itself is all that matters. The moments we build and share. The feelings that arise when we stand tall against the struggle.
For only when we feel tested do we feel the urge to overcome.
Glory to the struggle
